駐車場が、停めやすい。まわりに飲食店がたくさんある。スタッフの対応が、よかった。朝食バイキングが、種類がたくさんあって、美味しかった。朝食会場で、たくさん料理を手に持っていたら、おぼんを、サッと差し出してくれて、とても助かった。差し出してくださった女性の方の何気ないお気遣いが、とても嬉しかった。
特になしですが、ウェルカムドリンク的なサービスがあったら、温泉後にいいのになぁ…って、思った。

What was the highlight of GRANDVRIO HOTEL NARA -WAKURA- -ROUTE INN HOTELS-
Exellent onsen and breakfast, hard bed and quite noisy.
stayed here overnight driving from Nara to Koyasa. Tenri is about half an hour south of Nara and it was easy to each by car. I don't know how useful the location is if you are using public transport. The staff did not speeak any English but they were very kind and helpful. I was given a free ice-cream when I arrived! My room was very big (for Japanese standards) and very comfortable, apart from the bed, which was very hard and it felt like I was sleeping on the floor. The onsen has both an inside and an outside onsen and was very relaxing. The breakfast was excellent - a wide choice of Japanese and Western dishes, as -well as freshly cooked tempura and egg rolls, available from 7-9am. My room was noisy - there was an air vent on the wall that connected a downstairs room to mine and I could hear everything. I was able to close this and the sound was much quieter, but there were many fans and machine whirrings going all night long. I turned off all the fans in my room and bathroom, but I could hear the ones in the next door rooms. Overall, the hotel was great, especially the onsen and breakfast, and if you are a heavy sleeper then there would be no issues, but if you are a light sleeper and sensitive to light and noise, I would look for somewhere else (there were no blackout curtains and a lot of light came in from the side of them as well).
